 The Neurology Center of Southern California is the premier neurologic medical group in North San Diego County, dedicated to Excellence in Neurologic Care and Research.
The Neurology Center provides diagnostic treatment services for patients with disorders of the nervous system. Our neurologists are affiliated with Scripps Hospital Encinitas and Tri City Medical Center located in Oceanside California. Many of our neurologists have appointments to the volunteer faculty at UCSD, and are actively involved with the neurology training program there. While all of the Neurology Center physicians practice general neurology, each has unique capabilities and interests.
Our areas of expertise include treatment for Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Headache Medicine, Botox Therapy, Multiple Sclerosis, Myasthenia Gravis, Sleep Medicine, Epilepsy Monitoring, Movement Disorders, Neuro Ophthalmology, Neuro-Oncology and Nerve and Muscle Disorders. We also offer a Neuro-Diagnostic department as well as a research department. Several of the physicians have backgrounds in both basic and clinical research. Our nurse practitioner and physician assistants add an extra element of caring!
We serve a population of over 600,000 individuals of mixed ethnic groups in north San Diego County. The region has a mixture of both younger persons of working ages and growing families, as well as a large retirement community. To serve this large patient base, the Neurology Center has 3 offices, 2 are located near Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas, and 1 is located near Tri City Medical Center Oceanside.
